Your agreement
These terms are between you and Life, Apparently Brand by Danielle Blenkush (the seller, “we”, “us”) for use of Life, Apparently Co-Parenting Edition. By accessing or continuing to use the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. A parent managing a circle must have legal capacity to agree and authority to share the information they enter.
The service and your circle
The service provides shared schedules, rides, expenses, bills, kid information, message records, expense requests and optional trip planning. Parents manage circle membership and helper access. Keep your login credentials confidential and provide accurate information. Only enter information you have the right and, where required, consent to share, particularly information about children, health and other family members.
The service is not an emergency service, legal adviser, mediator or substitute for court orders or professional advice. Parents remain responsible for family arrangements and verifying information.
Price, trial and renewal
The Circle Plan costs $12.50 USD per month, billed monthly, or $150 USD per year, billed annually. Both options include both parents, all children, unlimited helpers and all features. Monthly billing is a monthly subscription, not an annual installment contract. Either parent can subscribe for the circle.
New circles receive a 30-day free trial. Creating a circle does not automatically purchase a subscription. Paid subscriptions renew monthly or annually according to the selected option unless canceled. Review the final price, applicable taxes and renewal information shown at checkout. Paddle's Buyer Terms govern payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics.
Cancel through Manage billing on the Circle page. Cancellation of renewal preserves full access until the end of the paid month or year. Without an active plan after the trial or paid period, existing circle information remains readable, but additions and changes are paused. Cancellation does not automatically refund an existing payment; see our Refund policy.
Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. For payment, billing, cancellation or refund assistance, visit paddle.net. For app support, contact Life, Apparently Brand by Danielle Blenkush at Lifeapparentlybrand@gmail.com.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service unlawfully or for fraud, spam, harassment, threats, hate speech, exploitation or infringement of others' rights. Do not distribute malware, probe or interfere with security, scrape the service without permission, bypass access restrictions, impersonate another person or attempt to access another circle's information.
Ownership and user content
We retain ownership of the service's software, documentation, branding and associated intellectual property. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service under these terms. You may not resell the service or infringe its intellectual property.
You retain your rights in content you submit and grant us permission to host and process it to provide the service. Only submit content you have the right to use. Message logs are append-only in normal use; do not submit content you do not intend to share with authorized circle members. Legal rights and valid removal requests are not overridden by this design.
AI message tone checks
The optional tone check analyzes a draft and suggests wording. You are responsible for your prompts, having rights to input content, checking accuracy and deciding how to use any output. Outputs may be inaccurate and are not legal, medical or other regulated professional advice. No outcome in a co-parenting conversation is guaranteed.
Do not use AI tools for illegal content, deepfakes, hate speech, malware, rights infringement or attempts to bypass safeguards. Your existing rights to input content are unchanged; use of output does not guarantee exclusivity or freedom from third-party rights. Rights holders may report alleged infringement to Life, Apparently Brand by Danielle Blenkush at Lifeapparentlybrand@gmail.com, identifying the content and their rights. We may refuse or filter AI requests, restrict unlawful or infringing content and suspend repeat infringers, subject to applicable law.
Availability and suspension
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, serious or repeated misuse, security or fraud risks, or non-payment. Ordinary trial expiration or subscription expiration follows the read-only rules above. Security or legal restrictions may require other action.
Data retention and deletion
Life, Apparently Brand by Danielle Blenkush retains account information and shared circle records while the circle remains open, including during read-only access after cancellation or expiration of a trial or subscription. Cancellation stops renewal; it does not close the circle or automatically delete its records.
- Circle closure and deletion requests: We delete or anonymise eligible personal information within 30 days of an approved circle closure or deletion request.
- Support correspondence: We retain support messages for 2 years after the last interaction, then delete or anonymise them unless a legal exception applies.
- Seller billing and accounting records: We retain records we hold for 7 years after the relevant transaction for accounting, tax and compliance purposes, then delete or anonymise them unless continued retention is legally required.
To request closure, deletion or a copy of your information, email Lifeapparentlybrand@gmail.com. Requests are handled by our support team. We verify your identity and authority and assess any effect on other circle members before approving a request. Deleting an individual account does not automatically delete shared records that other members remain entitled to access. Message logs cannot be edited or deleted through ordinary controls, but this does not override valid privacy rights.
We may retain the information necessary to comply with law, a court order, a legal hold or an unresolved dispute beyond these periods, and delete or anonymise it when that reason ends. Information that no longer identifies anyone may be retained. The 30-day deadline applies to eligible information under our control; it does not promise erasure from provider backups within that period. Residual backup copies remain subject to providers' backup retention cycles and are not used for ordinary service access.
Paddle is the Merchant of Record and determines retention of the payment, tax and transaction information it holds under its own Privacy Policy; our periods do not override Paddle's independent legal obligations.
Records and exports
Exports are selected reports, not certified records or independently authenticated evidence. We do not provide digital signatures, independent integrity verification or a guarantee of court admissibility. Our public Record reliability & export limits explains the safeguards, what each record represents and what a packet omits.
Privacy and changes
Our Privacy policy describes personal information handling. We may update these terms and show the effective date on this page. Applicable consumer protections remain in force.
